It replaced two master spreadsheets and a Drive folder of PDFs with a single system covering the full case journey: registration with automatic accession codes, the turnaround date promised to the patient, PDF reports, delivery through signed expiring links, a patient lookup portal, and a monthly settlement that matches the clinic’s own statement to the cent.

Medical Records with AI

Digitization with computer vision

A PWA digitizes handwritten record covers with the phone camera: the vision model extracts the data and deterministic Python code validates it by comparing two areas of the form where the same value appears twice, so the operator confirms instead of typing. I picked the model with an in-house accuracy-and-cost benchmark rather than by intuition: classic OCR could not read the record number, and the most expensive model was not the best.

Chat orders, handled by a bot

A mobile app for businesses that sell over chat: catalog with photos and attributes, order management, sales summaries and a bot that talks to the customer and builds the order automatically. It started as PedidosBot and now has its own brand and site.
